Early Discharges
As a result of advances in anesthesia and surgical procedures, increasing numbers of patients are being discharged 'early' into the home environment with residual care requirements.

Ongoing Care Requirements
Many of these patients have undergone surgery that in the past would have required a period of hospitalization and care from qualified staff lasting several days.  This situation has the potential to create problems for patients. Angel Homecare has identified this concern and suggests using our ONE TIME service to patients who ordinarily would be discharged and sent home with little or no assistance.

Affordable Care
Affordable ONE TIME package includes up to 8 hours of service care.

Home Alone Service
With Angel Homecare's Home Alone Service, a home health aide will pick up your loved one from the facility, go to the drug store, pick up a few groceries, and deliver your family member or friend safely to the comfort of his or her own home. The aide will clean up, change linen, put in a load of laundry and clean out the refrigerator.  After all, no one may have been home for several days, sometimes weeks.

Rest Assured
Our staff, if time allows, will also prepare a meal and make sure your loved one is comfortable before leaving. You can rest assured and have peace of mind that your loved one is getting the best care possible, to make a transition back home seamless.
