Flannery has been a home health aide over 2 years. She has been caring for family members since the age of sixteen. She fell in love with her career when she was working at a nursing home and discovered how much she loved caring for the elderly. If you were to ask her why she loves her profession she would tell you "I love what I do especially putting smiles on peoples faces".

Her favorite client played Scrabble with her every night. The client corrected her spelling, taught her new words, and Flannery said she got smarter that year.  

Flannery's best qualities include a great sense of humor, the ability to laugh at herself, friendliness and having good conversations amongst her many client friends.
