Kim has been a home health aide for over 22 years. Her favorite part of her job is everyday is different and she becomes closer to families. She understands what people are going through because of her own experiences. Kim will tell you "It's difficult for people to ask for help. Sometimes people get embarrassed and think 'Why can't I do this myself ?' We like making your day better and there is no shame in that."

Her favorite client stories include a prisoner of war from WWI and WWII and a gentleman who went to school with Fidel Castro. She loves hearing the old stories of the glory days. It's amazing to hear what they went through and the history behind it.

Kim's best qualities include: going with the flow, "if a client asks then I do it", a good listener and above all a calm and caring demeanor.
